Mediterranean restaurant Botik Petra was founded on December 19th, 2001. The restaurants main goal has been to create a fresh, light atmosphere of the Mediterranean. This is reflected within the interior, high level of service and dishes made only from fresh ingredients. The cozy surroundings ideally compliment a romantic dinner, business meeting or a meal with friends, as well as banquets.
Mediterranean cuisine combines the gastronomical traditions of the seaside regions of the Adriatic and Mediterranean seas. The tastes of the residents of those regions differ, but they have the same foundation. Olive oil, a variety of seafood, greenery, fresh vegetables, spices - this is the basis of our menu at Botik Petra.
